Heavy duty 16mm steel stair rods, with a choice of finials and finishes; these can be made to any length required. Unlike "off the shelf" items the retaining clips are made as required and can made to accommodate the thickness of your particular carpet . Please note most stair rods are supplied with a "one size fits all clip" these often end up being fitted at odd angles looking rather unsightly. When fitted correctly these are designed to be sufficient to secure the carpet in position. However please check with carpet fitter as in some occasions gripper rods may also be required.
